What is this tool?
The PDF Tools offer merge, split, and convert operations on PDF files. Merge multiple PDFs into one—combine reports, contracts, or handouts. Split a PDF into separate pages—extract specific pages into new files. Convert PDF pages to PNG or JPEG images—turn each page into an image for web use or editing. All processing runs in your browser. Files are processed locally; nothing is uploaded to our server. Your documents stay on your device.
Merge is straightforward: select two or more PDFs, order them, and produce a single PDF. Useful for combining scans, appending cover pages, or assembling multi-part documents. Split takes one PDF and outputs one file per page (or a range you specify). Useful for extracting pages, separating chapters, or reducing file size by keeping only needed pages. Convert to images: upload a PDF, get PNG or JPEG for each page. Useful for thumbnails, web display, or when you need to edit in an image editor.
Use it when you don't have Acrobat or another PDF editor. When you need a quick merge or split without installing software. When you're on a locked-down machine and can't install tools. The browser-based approach works on any device with a modern browser. Limitations may apply: very large files or complex PDFs might take longer or hit memory limits. For typical documents (dozens of pages, few MB), it works well.
PDF handling uses JavaScript libraries (e.g. PDF.js) that run locally. No server round-trip means faster processing and better privacy. Download results directly. No signup, no storage, no retention of your files.
